Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your e-mailbox accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can set up a new mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Additionally, you can redirect mails from one e-mailbox to another, configure e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and secure your e-mailbox accounts against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mail accounts against junk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular email mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages according to specific criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your email accounts and select the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming email messages from one email box to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Just choose the email account you wish to forward electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the email client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
